"I had to contact David recently about an elderly parent's boiler not working. David promptly called in the evening after a busy day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and with parts fitted, fixed the issue at a reasonable cost, but had advised that a new boiler would really be what's needed. Just a few months later, the boiler started playing up again. A new boiler was ordered and fitted, hassle-free, with corrections applied that should have been there from the original installation.
